Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza only.

Orders placed from outside these areas will be cancelled and the customer will be contacted directly.

Delivery time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping fee: 85 EGP flat rate, applied at checkout.

Payment: Cash on delivery only. Payment is collected upon receipt.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Delivery attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery once. If you are unreachable, your order will be returned and you will need to place a new order.
